About The Project
As part of the annual Leadership Conference held at the iconic Royal Albert Hall, I worked closely with Alpha to deliver a complete suite of creative assets that elevated the experience for over 5,000 attendees across the two-day event. The project focused on developing a cohesive visual identity that captured the energy, professionalism, and ambition behind the conference while ensuring every touchpoint felt consistent and engaging.
The goal was to create a unified design system that could seamlessly translate across a wide range of event materials - from large-scale presentation slides and stage visuals to printed programmes, signage, delegate materials, and branded collateral. With thousands of attendees, speakers, and partners involved each year, every element needed to feel polished, accessible, and aligned with the overall personality of the Leadership Conference brand.
Beyond the visual execution, I focused heavily on maintaining consistency across all outputs while adapting designs for different formats, environments, and audience interactions throughout the venue. Working collaboratively with Alpha, I helped ensure the conference experience felt cohesive from the moment guests arrived at the Royal Albert Hall through to the final sessions and networking events.
The result was a bold and professional collection of creative assets that strengthened the conference’s identity and enhanced the overall attendee experience - delivering a memorable event presence that continues to reflect the scale, quality, and impact of the Leadership Conference year after year.
